From NY, to our next destination.. It was an easy 5 hour bus ride from Chinatown to Washington (I forgot from which bus company did we booked, Megabus, I think? For sure it was the cheapest though! Hahaha! But still, I have to give them a 5 star review!) We stayed for a night at District Hotel at Rhode Island Ave http://dcembassyinn.wixsite.com/district. It was a very comfortable stay, we had a spacious room and all the essentials were provided, not to forget it's in the heart of the city.
Why New York? First, it was the cheapest state to travel from Oslo. Second, MJ had been in NY for his field trip few years back and he wanted to visit again. Third, I wanted to check off the city that never sleeps from my bucket list.
Someone said, on earth there is no heaven, but there are pieces of it and I am convinced that big pieces of it are in Santorini.
While Disneyland fulfills your childhood dream, Ocean Park is edgy, all-encompassing theme park that meet all ages!
